Si hace falta un teléfono en el coche. Se conecta por Bluetooth con el ODB dongle y por la red de tu móvil al Internet para mandar los mensajes a otro teléfono en tu bolsillo.

Pero para que esto funcione entiendo que aparte del OBD II hay q tener un móvil Android viejo que sincronice con el bluetooth y envié la señal a tu móvil en casa?? O tienes q crear un punto de acceso a internet con el móvil viejo para darle cobertura al OBD?? Entonces siempre tienes que tener un móvil dentro del coche?? Conectado a un USB del coche para que no se quede sin batería?? Es esto??
